Policy
- 24 hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations.
- Amber Door Spa reserves the right to charge for the full amount of scheduled service(s) should this policy be disregarded.
- To respect the relaxing environment of the Spa, children under the age of 12 are not welcome.
- To maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone while in the Spa.
- Our clients are here for relaxation, please try to keep excessive noise to a minimum.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes early on your first visit to allow time for our brief intake form. If you arrive late for your appointment your treatment will be that much shorter so that the person following you starts at their appointed time.
- We retain the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
- Sexual advances, comments or innuendoes toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
